It's a red cocktail dress that is too small for me now (as you can see I can no longer zip it haha). The top part that my hands indicates (inside of dress) is more structured but the rest of it is stretchy. See pics for more info :) something happened to the bottom of it so there are 3 discolored spots. Please see pictures.
