☘3 for $24☘Fun, full skirt!

Super cool and fun skirt, unique and so much fun. Lots of volume for a great A line with a flattering, fitted waist! Not sure what you call this fabric but it's almost like a foam type of feel, it gives it a nice structure. Would be great for a 1950s, vintage vibe. Tagged as size large but IMO the waist fits more as a small-medium. It is stretchy though! In great condition but does have some creases, perhaps from being folded in storage. See photos.
