3 for $20 Wool Vest from India 2t or 3t

This adorable vest was purchased in India and only worn twice. Some of the threads are frayed at the edges, as shown in photos. Good for 24 months, 2t, or a 3t. My daughter wore it till she was three years old and she is above average size for her age.
