This Jones New York Signature Petite cardigan is made from a super-soft black knit fabric, perfect for layering over a tee or collared blouse. The collar is a cowl-style that gathers around the neck and ends in two panels that can be tied together for a casually elegant look. Three-quarter length sleeves end in a rolled cuff, and the hem of the sweater is also rolled.
