Silver stretchy metal vintage skinny belt. Rectangular “buckle” clasp closure it is vintage so could use some polishing but no major issues. Could be worn as a chunky style belly bracelet Measurement is laying flat but when stretched it goes to 31.5 - 1980’s 1990’s retro old school style. Last two pictures are not of actually belt
