Armpit to armpit 15 inches Waist length with the dress laid on a flat surface is 13 inches but it gives a little bit more stretch because of the elastic on the back (see photos), maybe an inch more. Strap, Shoulder to chest 7-8 inches (the shoulder strap has some stretch to it) The sleeve can go off the shoulder if you want.
