mountaincowgirl ~ My drawer height is 5.5 inches; 28.5 inches wide so, it should fit. Based on the measurements you provided, the medium should fit. Is C3 the cup size or band width? My bras are by Soma, size 34G. The current drawer divider I have is cloth; some inserts have torn. Flexible plastic may be an option (1st photo). ~
