wood is all good shape. the soft leather and cushioning needs to be redone for sure!. Refinished properly they're worth a couple thousand dollars to the right collectors/buyers. shame I lost the 4th n 5th but I don't have space or time & these are not easy to find! notably "futuristic" italian designer from the late 1950s. /soho design/handmade furniture that's often mistaken for 1970's design.
