babz812 @diheart I’m sorry I didn’t see your question until now.. Essentially they are a massage tool. Great for face, feet, especially. The small one used nightly on tour face with a tiny bit of oil is similar to using gua sha, only kinder to your skin. Clean after use with isopropyl alcohol. I only used the small one. You’ll love using them. The medium size is excellent for use on feet for prevention of plantar fasciitis.
