3 Germany Plates 7.5”D Pink Roses Border w Gold Trim Embossed Scalloped Edge Two plates are marked Germany and 68 in dark brown. They are in good and excellent vintage condition. One has a crack at the center but still seems sturdy. It is more visible on the underside. The other has minor flakes off base but no other chips, cracks or crazing. A third plate has slight variations on the pattern where the gold pattern is farther from the edge of the plate. The plate is also a little thicker and more white than the first two. It has a red Germany 112 back stamp. It has a rough area on one top edge. The reverse also has a little chip. Plates are attractive decorative pieces to add nostalgia or a homey, cottage feel to a space. Pieces approximately mid to early century transferware.
