Double Thickness, Fabric is the same on both sides. These were Custom made by a professional seamstress. They were a gift but too large for my 10# Yorkie. Never Used. * When considering size remember to include the knot. When I knotted it, the Measurements was 16". This bandana could be adjusted to fit/slip over a collar, or add trim fabric or velcro to fit a larger neck. 28" is the longest side.
