REDUCED 02/05/25 Cute dainty ½ sleeves jacket with front button & snap closure satin ribbon bow accent. Color is in between a Cornflower blue & a Periwinkle blue shade. Bust 40". Skirt is lined & it has an elastic waist about 32" with stretch to expand.
