The fabric itself is not stretchy but is gathered with elastic so the width has a lot of give. This blouse is made of heavy mint green 100% cotton gauze gathered with elastic for a lot of stretch. The fit is very roomy for the size. The neckline is square shaped and gathered all the way around. The sleeves are long, bell-shaped and have elastic at the wrist. There are 3 rows of elastic gathers at the waist under the bust line for waistline definition. There is a ruffle at the bottom. This feels midway between a cropped and a regular top to me. I'm 5'8" and it didn't show a lot of skin. It's definitely shorter than I prefer though, which is the only reason I didn't keep it. Just not suited to my body type. I wish all my clothes were made of this material - so soft and breathable! Smoke free home. All items are new and unworn (if described as such) or will be washed and in clean condition.
