2T Black & White Girls Dress

This is a beautiful black and white dress. My daughter wore this once to a wedding and it is in excellent condition. The material is beautiful and and it is very elegant. The bottom portion is two layers with a slight poof in between to give it a little flare. This looks beautiful with black tights and black shoes.
