2-Layer Cutout Pattern Skater Skirt by Nasty Gal

Super fun, 2-layer skirt that works across seasons. I got it in college (2015), and it’s so fun I just never wanted to let it go. I like pairing it with a crop top or a sweater and tights. Size small but elastic waistband will flex if you gain or lose a few. Silky bottom layer is a very light pink color, goes with many colors.
