Very lovely blouse. A bit sheer. Great condition. Forever 21 Contemporary runs large so this could fit a medium. Tie details at neck and wrists. Shell looking buttons. V neck. Sheer material. Button down. When I ordered this the pics didn't show that the sleeves were completely open (I think its called bat wing style??). I was getting it to be a work shirt, so I whip stitched the sleeves together. It looks really good, if I do say so myself, but you could remove the stitches without damaging the shirt if you want the sleeves open. $1 if purchased with a total of four or more items.
