Gorgeous blue dress perfect for wedding season! Tie back makes it really adjustable and could easily fit anyone from a small to a large. Note the photo shows a white dress in the back — it’s blue, this is just to show how it ties in the back! Only worn once to a wedding but I was photographed a lot so looking to sell so I can buy something else :) no longer sold online!
