2/5$BCX cold shoulder dress

EUC, I did cut off little loops for belt, it fit better without them. This fits good on a junior large with big shoulders and bust or average curve xlg gal. it has detailed lace at top buttons in back with a moderate v neck, it's navy blue, great for an after labor day wedding. I'm 5'5 and it hits the end of my knee caps, waist is stretchy and would fit upto 38DDD bust
