revibetribe @yolanda7815 . No payment was released to me and you were never given a refund - so what it looks like - is they need to release refund payment to you . In the future if this ever happens again “request a refund” and open a dispute - this way poshmark can have tracking etc . It just makes the return process a little bit easier - I will call them tomorrow and get to the bottom of this - if they refuse to release payment - I will send you both shoes out tomorrow , just for the hassle of this all

I realize Poshmark sent an answer but as I said, I never received any notification of a return label or believe me that wrong purse would have been shipped back same day. Just send back the bag that I shipped to you in error & I’ll gladly then send you the purse you paid for.” That would be nice. I’m not looking for a refund; only the bag I ordered & paid for. Post office is closed Monday. I will return ship the incorrectly sent bag on Tuesday morning.

revibetribe @dmrhemsath per Poshmark ‘s policies I can’t do anything outside of the app or I will lose my account. I will escalate this to them again internally. There is a label in your email for you to ship the item back. As soon as they see that the item is tracking, they will give you back your funds.

I’m telling you Poshmark is very very good about making this right. And even if they don’t, we will come up with something to make it right. Please start doing the conversation in the conversation thread with Poshmark so that they have a receipt of what’s going on.
