I woke up at 2am my time and have been up since! ๐คช I just took melatonin I hope I can take a small cat nap before I start my day! @genevieverh I agree. I think for me itโs a combination of factors. I question screen time as well. Iโd hate for it to be a cause but Iโm running out of explanations for my lack of sleep! Iโm wide awake! At 3 in the morning!! Was recommended an herbal called Sleep Thru by Gaia herbs. Thatโs next on my mission to Zzzโs! ๐

@rea_pparel you brought up a good point Rea! The screen time! I was reading in a book Iโm trying to also change my diet to better sleep. Sounds kinda weird but I started to read The Plant paradox by Dr. Steven Gundry. He mentioned that the blue light from our screens really disrupt our sleep cycle and the production of natural melatonin.

@rea_pparel I tend to grab my phone if I wake them Iโm wide awake for a while. Iโm going to try to not do screen about 30 min before bed. Try itโs hard. I also read sometimes on my iPad Iโm going to try valerian tea tonight it smells bad but is supposed to help. Also I put an app on my phone Asana Rebel itโs yoga based but has videos for relaxation. Also maybe try Manuka Honey. I tsp under your tongue before bedtime thatโs helped me before : )

Going Monday to try out some new concealers and see if anew underwhelming cream will take away the black eye look ๐คช I seriously doubt it but maybe there is a miracle product we have not discovered yet Ria?! In regards to the sweater (Zoe Karssen ) I should have asked for measurements. Also for the future it is advised to put measurements for the buyers convenience.
