This tumbler is brand new and has never been used. Without the straw it is 9.11 inches tall and the base is 2.81 inches. It is stainless steel and is insulated. The lid can be used with or without the straw. It is also BPA and phthalate free. It can be put in the dishwasher or hand washed. The lid and straw are navy blue and the cup itself is a light blue/purple :)
