24" Brown & Cream Color Necklace NWOT

This necklace was brought back to me from a friend who travels a lot but I just cannot remember from where. Egypt, Africa - sorry I just do not remember... Anyway I never wore it so I'm poshing it. It's 24" in length and it feels like some sort of natural material - but what... I don't know. Wish I had more info to share with ya! It has a handmade tribal vibe IMO.
