23k gold plated Pokemon cards in Poke balls

Togepi + Jigglypuff 23k gold plated Pokemon cards Boxes are not in the best shape, they are over 20 years old but the Poke balls are sealed. Never opened, so the gold plated card on the inside is also sealed. I cannot open and show you the inside of the card, it would break the seal. Labeled NWT, because the package is still sealed. The boxes are just not in good shape.
