Multi blue and white floral print flutter dress by Loft. New without tags condition—never worn or washed! LOVE this print but the cut doesn't suit me. Featuring contrast navy piping trim, butterfly sleeves, ruffle collar, v-neck, and ruffle hem that is slightly high-low. Beautiful 100% Viscose fabric. 18" from pit to pit 32" front length 34" back length 19.75" across hip Lovely dress for daytime spring/summer events, brunch, baby shower, vacation, and can be dressed up and down.
