2/$15 - WHBM - XXS - polkadot blouse

Cute polka dot blouse in signature WHBM colors. Sleeves were modified to tulip sleeves. Accessorizes with any other color to make it pop. Has both buttons and elasticated ties intact. Wraparound belt is attached (aka sewn on) and each side is approx. 35-38" long. 97% cotton and 3% spandex. pit2pit: 34" and doesn't really flatter a small chest, hence why I'm parting with it (worn once!). shoulder2hem: 21" Like the item but not the price?
