Adorable shorts from forever 21 with a floral lace overlay. Zipper and hook & eye closure on the side. Not much stretch to the waist. 100% cotton overlay 100% polyester lining. Hand wash cold. Size Medium, approximate measurements in photos. Tag says rust but they look more burgundy to me.
