213 Dressy Sequined Navy Tie Top NWOT Small

This is a really unique Top by 213. I never knew how or where to wear it. Perhaps someone cooler than me will. I’m a mom with nowhere that cool to go. It is a size small and I would agree with that. It is solid in the back. The ties are more navy. The bottom is navy with two ties that tie together. I tried to photograph it. It’s not ripped it’s meant to be open so you can get it on then you tie it. You can see it has a serge Sean there. Really cute. Never worn.
