pamelamarie62 @hotsunny Hi, this has adjustable straps so length can be shortened or lowered , i have it shortened in picture i Believe , so i will measure it as you see it and know that you can adjust this item with the straps, the shirt part at center of neck is 18/19 inches, but straps can make this higher or lower, this is a really soft light layered stain free shirt, beautiful by all means

pamelamarie62 @teriemancuso The front is 17 inches and the back is 16 inches, the straps are adjustable, I weighed between 115/120 34b...I cannot stress the beauty and comfort if it fits...thank you
