🌈 2/$10 Vintage bright red wool midi skirt

This gorgeous vintage wool midi skirt is so elegant. I wish it fit me! It’s fully lined. There are a couple of tiny holes (see pictures), but otherwise it’s in great vintage condition. The tag says size 9/10, but it fits like a modern size 4. Please review measurements.
