This cute pinup style sailor costume is higher quality than most costume shop items. Navy dress with gold piping, white ruffle at hem, and a collar that goes around to the back. I added gloves and a white crinoline (extra $40) that I will include with the costume. Hat is also included. Size small will fit up to an 8.
