This item is pre-owned and in almost perfect condition. There are three flaws to this item. The one flaw is that the size tag is curving up on its own. The second flaw is that there are some of loss threads throughout the show. The third flaw is that there is a stain on one of the shoulders. Other than these three flaws this item is in perfect condition. If there are any other flaws to this item they are minor and I did not notice them. This item does have a cinched waist.
