No zipper currently as it was beginning to be altered. I’d say it is more of a 24/22 now on the bust and waist. Bustle is pinned but not started. Gorgeous glitter tulle and lace. Chest is also semi-open and pinned for alterations that were started. Essentially it is almost deconstructed to be fit and altered to whoever wants to wear it! For height reference, I am 6’1” with bare feet in these images. Paid full retail and have started alterations so it will need to be finished. Make an offer!
