2016 Mermaid Prom dress from Roxanne's Runway

Navy blue with multiple colored embroidery gems. Got so so so many compliments from strangers. One lady actually told her daughter to ask if she could buy it for her upcoming prom. It's a statement dress. Felt amazing in it. Easy for alterations because the sides don't have as many gems. I needed it taken in a little and it was very easy for the taylor.
