2015 White House Ornament in box but no paperwork or lighting feature

this christmas ornament is made of brass and was issued as part of the white house ornament collection and this one is dated 2015 and is a decorated christmas tree and measures approx 3 3/4" tall and is in very good condition and used to light but it is not working.
