The headband is designed to look like Turbo's eyes including his orange color and bright blue eyes. The eyes light up (there is a switch on the back). The batteries are replaceable. The eyes are very rare as they were only available at movie screenings. Collector's Note: The idea for the Turbo animated movie came from a contest held at DreamWorks to develop a movie idea based on Disney's 2005 film Herbie Fully Loaded.
