2009 Madame Alexander Doll 18” tall please read

2009 Madame Alexander Doll 18" tall Unfortunately, she has blue marks on her face and body. Her arms and legs work fine but her head feels loose to me. Her head does hold positions. Also, I’m not sure if her hair has been cut or not. I've included several pictures. Please zoom in for details as they are part of my description.
