2005 Anthro Ruffled Embroidered Skirt by Lithe

Old school rare Anthropologie. Zip closure, full ruffled hem, embroidered detail, a couple small smudges on the bottom part of the skirt, but they fold into the hem pleats and are not visible when wearing.
