The unit has been previously used and may show some signs of wear on the screen and buttons. It is missing the power/volume but can still be operated without them. The dealer unlock is required, and it comes with a 90-day warranty. This radio/navigation system is a direct replacement and is factory OEM, so you can be sure of its quality.
