2004 Yertle the Turtle Dr. Seuss #6 Hallmark Keepsake ornament new in box

A 2004, Hallmark Keepsake ornament, Yertle the Turtle is number 6 in the Dr. Seuss series. I only took the ornament out of the box to take the photos and never removed it from the plastic. I found a photo online of what the ornament looks like out of the plastic. The box does have some nicks - see each photo all sides are shown.
