2002 Jeep grand chereokee laredo

i have a 2002 jeep id like to get 3000 for her. she is all wheel drive. i just put new tires, brakes, fuel pump and filter, spark plugs, the fuses, oil change and a new battery. she needs part of the intake filter thingy thats on top of the motor but thats an easy fix.
