2000’s futuristic Silver gold Flash pants

From my late 2000’s model aunt’s closet. I believe these were sitting in a box for a few years and did not get much wear. Is silver color, but has a gold hue to it as well. Comes from a dog and cat friendly household, but can be washed beforehand on request.
