Part of Topshop's more luxury line (so it would have been pretty expensive), though the petite range had slightly different labels. Dress is very structured and perfect for if you're going for a vintage look. UK sizing, so the dress is actually a petite US4. I'll need to check if it runs small since Topshop often does.
