2000s Betsey Johnson Evening Tea Party Dress, Vintage lace ruffle strapless prom

I wore this dress to my prom a decade ago and it's time for it to be sent on to a new home! Has been gently stored and cared for. No rips or stains. Dress has boning in bodice to help it stay up, and an adorable tie in back. Alternating ruffles of teal stain and cream lace. Red flower was added afterwards but is on a safety pin and can be removed. Original hanger straps and invisible zipper. This would be a perfect adorable knee-length prom dress, black tie wedding guest, or homecoming dress. I am 5 feet tall and this dress is knee-length. Measurements: Bust: 34" Waist: 28" Length from top of bust to edge of skirt: 30" Length from natural waist to edge of skirt: 21" Tag says size 8, but fits more like a modern day 4/6, which is why I marked this listing as a 6. I originally purchased secondhand, so I'm not sure if the size discrepancy is due to alterations prior to my owning it, but if so it was altered really well, I looked and can't see any signs.
