2000 Russian Souvenir Handcrafted St. Basil's Cathedral Lacquered Trinket Box These small hinged boxes are handcrafted and painted with bright colors and metallic gold painted accents. They are signed by the artist though I am unable to be sure about the name, with the year that looks like '00 I believe it is a picture of St. Basil's Cathedral at the Kremlin in Moscow Aside from the top, the remainder of the box is black and the inside is red and the whole box is lacquered The bottom has been marked with a Russian stamp and says "Russian Souvenir" The box measures approx. 4.25"X3.25"X1.25" closed The box is preowned but no damage is noted aside from a few very superficial scratches, particularly to the bottom Use as a trinket box, small jewelry box or for any tiny treasures From a smoke free, pet friendly home
