These are real seashells & I love button tops because most have a natural glossy shine like cowry shells (cowries) A lot are natural but some have been enhanced w dyes to bring out their colors so you may have some in your mix though it’s hard to tell unless you’re viewing them from behind. You may also be able to soak them & remove most or all of the colorant NEVER USE BLEACH to clean shiny shells or they will loose their shine! Just a mild dish soap works!
