Waist just under 13.5" across flat measured unstretched, plus has stretch. Front rise approx. 11.5". Inseam approx. 3". Outside waist to bottom approx. 10". Body and lining 100% recycled polyester. Mesh 92% polyester, 8% spandex. Swoosh is reflective. Excellent used condition without defects. Shorts look essentially new. g
