This listing is for 2 vintage The New Basic Readers reading textbooks published in 1955 by Scott Foresman & Co. Books are "More Times and Places" for 4th grade, 2nd semester & "The New Days and Deeds" for 5th grade 1st semester. They were taken out of the Luverne Public School of Luverne, MN. They show wear from use. The New Days and Deeds has a few torn pages (see pictures).
