@taylormcneely I’m not really to sure of the waist measurement but the fabric is either cotton or polyester I’m not home right now to tell. But the waistline is stretchy and will stretch to ur waist size without being tight.

The top has a string in the back u can tightening up so u be able to fix the top according to how u like so top would fit u snug so would the bottoms
