2 piece handmade with Love .

This is a 2 piece set with an elaborate an authentic, awesome, handcrafted needlework of an Otomi family from Tenango de Doria. I traveled to the "Sierra Madre" to meet this family who lives there. The family that I am working with has mastered their technique, passed on for generations. Many "Tenangos" made by them have won contests nationwide and had been published in books (promoted by Mexican museums). This embroidery style is also known in Mexico as "tenangos", precisely because of its origin.
