This is a two-piece, petite medium, Talbots Quilted vest set. The vest measures roughly 19” underneath the arms (across the chest) and roughly 23 1/2” long. The sweater measures roughly 20” from the bottom of the turtleneck and measures roughly 17” across the chest under the arms.
